1. Booking process
- The Guest selects the preferred apartment and booking period.
- The Guest provides the information required for the booking.
- The booking becomes final upon online payment of the advance payment and confirmation by the Service Provider.
2. Advance payment and payment terms
The booking is confirmed by paying the deposit online by card. Card payment applies only to the deposit.
The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer based on prior agreement.
The advance payment applies only to apartment bookings. For other services, the payment terms displayed for the relevant service shall apply.
3. Cancellation
If the booking is cancelled at least 14 days before arrival, the full amount of the advance payment will be refunded.
In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival, the paid deposit is non-refundable.
4. Changes to bookings
Changes to bookings are possible only subject to availability and prior agreement. Requests for changes may be sent to [email protected].
5. Arrival and departure
Check-in: between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
Different arrival times are possible only by prior arrangement.
6. No-show
If the Guest does not arrive on the booked day and does not notify the Service Provider in advance of a change or cancellation, the booking may be considered cancelled and the advance payment is non-refundable.
